Welcome to Legends Car Detailing LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Legends Car Detailing LLC is a mobile auto detailing company based in Oahu, Hawaii. We provide high-quality interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, and related services directly at your location.

2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking form, phone, or email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to ensure availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may result in a fee or refusal of future service. No-shows may be charged up to the full amount of the scheduled service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, card, Venmo, and other approved payment methods.

5. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue or perform a correction if appropriate. This does not guarantee a re-service.

6. Service Conditions

As a mobile service, we require safe access to your vehicle and advance notice if water or power is not available. Please ensure pets, valuables, or personal belongings are secured or removed from the vehicle before service begins.

7. Liability

Legends Car Detailing LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to paint, fabric, or materials

• Damage caused by heavily soiled interiors or extreme conditions

• Items left in the vehicle

We take every precaution to ensure your vehicle is treated with care.

8. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If something was missed or you have concerns, contact us within 24 hours of service so we can address it. Requests made after 24 hours are not guaranteed.

9. Changes to Terms

Legends Car Detailing LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
