Legends Car Detailing LLC is a mobile auto detailing company based on Oahu, Hawaii. We provide interior and exterior detailing, paint enhancement, ceramic coating, and related services directly at your location. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following.

Booking

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to make sure your preferred time is available.

Deposits and Payment

Online bookings require a deposit at checkout. It goes toward the total price of your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, Venmo, and other approved payment methods.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service. To reschedule, text us at (808) 498-9797.

If We Have to Cancel

If we cancel or reschedule on our end for any reason, including weather, you can choose a new date or a full refund of your deposit.

Weather

We work through normal showers. For heavy rain, or services that need dry conditions like ceramic coatings, we may reschedule. This does not count as a cancellation.

Access, Water and Power

We need safe access to your vehicle, an outside water spigot, and a standard power outlet near the vehicle. If we arrive and can't access the vehicle, water, or power, and it wasn't disclosed when you booked, the appointment is treated as a late cancellation.

Pricing

All listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. If your vehicle needs more work than the service you booked, we'll quote the difference before we start. You can approve the change or keep the original service at its original scope.

Vehicle Condition and Liability

We take every precaution to make sure your vehicle is treated with care. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, chips, dents, failing clear coat, worn interiors, or loose trim, or for damage caused by heavily soiled interiors or extreme conditions. Some stains, scratches, and odors can be improved but not fully removed. We'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.

Personal Items and Pets

Please remove valuables and personal items, and make sure pets are secured, before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Completed Services

Once a service is completed, all sales are final. We stand behind our work. If something was missed or isn't up to standard, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we'll make it right. Requests made after 24 hours are not guaranteed.

Changes to These Terms

Legends Car Detailing LLC may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
